Due to our continued growth into new markets, we have opened an Account Manager Position. The successful applicant will work closely with our clients to make sure jobs are produced in a timely/accurate manner. This is an exciting opportunity in a great industry!

Responsibilities:

Account Managers Maintain external relationships and ensure client’s needs are met internally. AM’s are an integral component to our success and must be proficient and handling all facets of customer service. The Account Manager handles all jobs after they have been sold. There is a Data Entry component to this job as well as the need for stellar communication (phone, email, face to face).

Qualifications:

2-3 (years) Experience in customer service

Experience with Large Format Printing, Tradeshow Displays, Event Printing and Car Wraps

Proven Track Record of success in dealing with clients

Excellent communication

Dedication to Customer Satisfaction

High level of integrity

Bachelors in related field desired but not required

Compensation: Pay dependent upon experience level.
