End of Year Reflections

As we prepare to see what excitement 2018 holds, we thought it would be an appropriate time to look back. 2017 was a very eventful year for us and overall great. We wanted to take a moment and say thank you to everyone who helped contribute to the making of a great 2017, we look forward to making 2018 even better! While we are looking back, we wanted to show off some of our favorite projects from the past year.

Project: Mountain America South Towne Expo Center Rebrand
Sales Rep: Taylor Freckleton

Mountain America Credit Union recently purchased the naming rights to the South Towne Expo Center and asked that we assist with a complete branding refresh. They were a pleasure to work with and it was fun seeing the facility transform into the Mountain America Exposition Center. Thank you for the amazing opportunity MACU!

Project: LuLaRoe
Sales Rep: Kipp Ivory

One of the more exciting events we did this year was the LuLaRoe event at the Anaheim Event Center this year. We used a vast array of products like custom light boxes and adhesives that made a huge impression. The “rainbow metallic” material we used for rigid graphics were very hard to miss and a key element to the show. This event was so bright and vibrant; we were happy to be a part of it!

Project: Western Governors University Window Graphics
Sales Rep: Mike Adams

Western Governors University did a window wrap on their campus this year that was incredible. The graphics have received great feedback and have become something of a hallmark of the campus. So much so that news articles about the school use photos of the wrap! Installation of this was no easy feat though, installers had to rappel down from the roof and install it top to bottom. Very impressive!

Project: Nitro Circus World Games
Sales Rep: Jerimie Montgomery

Once again, Salt Lake City hosted the groundbreaking Nitro World Games at the Rice-Eccles Stadium in 2017. And once again, we had the wonderful opportunity to provide graphics for this world-record-setting event and transform the stadium into the action sports arena. The event was broadcasted live on NBC for thousands to see and was so much fun to be a part of. We can’t wait to do it again next year!

Project: Strucks Garage
Sales Rep: Shawn Steele

This year we had the opportunity to wrap an entire 9 story garage, with a new theme on each level, using very particular methods.  The garage consists of pre-painted cylinder block walls which took much coordination to find the best material option.  The best option for an almost painted on look for these spectacular graphics was a material called 3M 480.  This material application used a heat apply which basically molds the material as heat flashes the graphic into the pores of the block.  This method gives the painted on look.  Also, other rigid materials were used in this garage. Elevator interactive signage, and of course regulator signage throughout the garage for consistent traffic flow.  This project was a favorite of mine because of the amazing creative aspect, the vendor we worked with, the materials to bring to life the images, and how the material allowed the fabulous end results.

Even if your event or job isn’t on the list we value all of our customers and are very grateful for every one we get to work with. We hope you enjoyed some of the stories, we look forward to chatting with you in 2018!
