We have different methods for electronically uploading files to us: FTP, DropBox, Web Browser, or Email. When using electronic transfer services, remember to call your account manager and notify them that artwork has been sent. All art must go through the account services department before our prepress department can work on it.

Art Submission Guidelines

Before sending files please check our Art Submission Guidelines to ensure your files are formatted correctly, this will speed up the processing of your job and ensure image quality.

DropBox

If you have DropBox, send an email or call your account manager and provide the email address for the DropBox invite. We will then setup a personal folder just for you that you will be able to “drag and drop” artwork to us. Or send us Folder Share requests to our dropbox account at system@fusion-imaging.com. If you do not have DropBox click here to set it up, it is an easy free service.

Web Browser

You can use your standard Flash enabled web browser to upload artwork to us, click here to transfer using this method. Click here to install the latest Flash if your browser does not have it installed.

FTP

Use our FTP site: ftp.fusion-imaging.com (Please contact your account manager for username and password). NOTE: A FTP client is *required*, your standard internet browser (Firefox, Internet Explorer, or Safari) will not work. FileZilla is a great *free* multi-platform client you can use. Please make sure your file names and folder names do not contain any non-alpha-numeric characters.
