We’ve had several people asking about different ways to utilize our Flex iPad Display – here are two great apps that work great!

CWG’s Video Loop Presenter

This app allows you to select a movie from your sync’d videos and have it loop continuously.  We’ve been running a short 30 second overview in our lobby on an iPad2 and it runs the entire day without issue.  If you place your iPad in the display so that the home button is hidden – once you click on the VLoop app your customers can’t leave or interrupt the video.  Makes a great video kiosk.

Kiosk Pro

This app will allow you to specify any website and allow the user to navigate anywhere within that website without being able to leave.  Think of it as a browser without the ability to leave the website you specify.  We have our company website on one of these displays and it allows everyone to browse our site but doesn’t allow them to leave.  Using micro sites is a perfect solution for a product display.  The only catch to using this app is that you need an internet connection – which can be costly and slow at trade show environments.  But this does allow you to capture data, which is a big request for people gathering leads at events.
